Cypress Falls found their leader in sophomore Gisselle Jackson, who almost dropped a double-double on nine points and ten steals. The dominant performance gave Jackson a new career-high in steals. Another player making a difference was Princa Acho, who went 6 of 8 en route to 12 points.

Cypress Falls was working as a unit and finished the game with 25 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.

Cypress Falls' win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 13-3. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 66.3 points per game. As for Jersey Village, their loss dropped their record down to 4-15.

Jersey Village strolled past Cypress Falls in their previous matchup back in November of 2022 by a score of 53-35. The rematch might be a little tougher for Jersey Village since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
