Basketball Recap: Triad Comes Up Short

Triad was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They had to suffer through a 65-33 loss at the hands of the Cedarville Indians. The Cardinals were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 41-17.

Triad's record now sits at 1-3. As for Cedarville, their win was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 2-1.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Triad is set to face off against their familiar foe West Jefferson at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Cedarville will take on rival Greenon at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
