Kickapoo has gone a perfect 6-0 against Willard recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Chiefs will host the Tigers at 7:00 p.m. Kickapoo will come into the contest with an undefeated record on the line.

On Monday, Kickapoo beat Hillcrest 53-40. The 53-point effort marked the Chiefs' lowest-scoring matchup of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Meanwhile, Willard was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Tuesday as they fell 53-49 to Norwood. While losing is never fun, the Tigers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Missouri basketball rankings (they are ranked 110th, while the Pirates are ranked 24th).

Willard now has a losing record of 4-5. As for Kickapoo, their victory bumped their record up to 8-0.

Everything came up roses for Kickapoo against Willard in their previous matchup back in December of 2025, as the squad secured an 82-43 win. Will the Chiefs repeat their success, or do the Tigers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
