Basketball Recap: West Clermont Takes a Loss

West Clermont was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They were two points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 53-51 heartbreaker at the hands of the Lebanon Warriors. The matchup was a 24-24 toss-up at halftime, but the Wolves couldn't quite close it out.

West Clermont's defeat dropped their record down to 8-11. As for Lebanon, the win got them back to even at 8-8.

West Clermont will host Anderson at 7:30 p.m. on February 7th. As for Lebanon, they will head out to face off against Springboro at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The timing is sure in Springboro's favor as the squad sits on four straight wins at home while Lebanon has been banged up by three consecutive losses on the road.
