Softball Recap: Mt. Pleasant Takes a Loss

Mt. Pleasant was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 21st straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 17-0 to the Cranston East Thunderbolts.

Mt. Pleasant's defeat dropped their record down to 0-11. As for Cranston East, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 8-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Mt. Pleasant will welcome Shea at 4:45 p.m. on Monday. As for Cranston East, they will look to defend their home field on Monday against Barrington at 5:00 p.m.
