Summit Christian Academy needed a changed in momentum after dropping three straight games and they got it from Cole Miller. The Summit Christian Academy Eagles managed a 54-50 victory over the Cumberland Christian Home Educators Hawks on Thursday thanks in part to Miller, who went 6-for-15 en route to 14 points along with eight boards and three steals. He has become a key player for Summit Christian Academy: the team is undefeated when he posts at least three steals, but 9-15 otherwise.

Cumberland Christian Home Educators lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Joshua Sloan, who posted 18 points in addition to eight rebounds and four steals. Noah Hughes was another key player, putting up six points along with nine boards and three blocks.

Summit Christian Academy's win bumped their record up to 13-15. As for Cumberland Christian Home Educators, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 24-17.
