Volleyball Recap: Jordan Puts Losing Streak Behind Them

It's playoff time, and Jordan had no trouble coming through when it counted. They came out on top against the Palisades Pumas by a score of 3-1 on Saturday. The win was some much needed relief for the Falcons as it spelled an end to their three-match losing streak.

Jordan found their leader in freshman Evelyn Greene, who had four digs and three aces.

Jordan was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 13 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least five aces in six consecutive contests.

Jordan now has a winning record of 12-11. As for Palisades, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 13-12 record this season.

Jordan will square off against Hoke County at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Palisades does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
