Softball Recap: Arrowhead Warhawks vs. Muskego Warriors

If Arrowhead was riding high fresh off their 9-3 takedown of Kettle Moraine on Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Warhawks fell 8-4 to the Muskego Warriors on Thursday. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Warriors this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 14-3 back in April.

Arrowhead's loss dropped their record down to 15-11. As for Muskego, they pushed their record up to 23-2 with the victory, which was their 17th straight at home dating back to last season.

Looking ahead, Arrowhead will welcome Nicolet at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Knights have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 16.31 runs per game on average), something the Warhawks will no doubt try to take advantage of.
