Volleyball Recap: Fenwick Takes a Loss

Fenwick was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 12th straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Providence Catholic Celtics. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Friars of the 2-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in May of 2024.

Fenwick's loss dropped their record down to 2-15. As for Providence Catholic, they have been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine games. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-18 record this season.

Fenwick will take on St. Laurence at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Providence Catholic, they will face off against Evergreen Park at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The Mustangs will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something the Celtics surely won't give up without a fight.
