Commerce has gone a perfect 8-0 against Banks County recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Tigers will venture away from home to take on the Leopards at 7:30 p.m. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with nine consecutive losses dating back to last season for Commerce and eight for Banks County.

On Friday, Commerce came up short against Oglethorpe County and fell 24-14.

Although Commerce took the loss, they still got scores from Ty Sorrells and Essian Locklear.

Meanwhile, Banks County also suffered a loss in their last game, falling to Providence Christian Academy by a score of 27-19. While the Leopards didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Storm 13-6 in the first quarter.

Banks County's defeat dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Commerce, their loss dropped their record down to an identical 0-8.

Commerce strolled past Banks County in their previous matchup back in October of 2024 by a score of 27-10. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Tigers since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
