Soccer Recap: Delaware County Christian Takes a Loss

After flying high against Jenkintown on Saturday, Delaware County Christian came back down to earth. The Knights fell just short of the Marple Newtown Fightin' Tigers by a score of 3-2 on Wednesday. The matchup was a 1-1 toss-up at halftime, but Delaware County Christian couldn't quite close it out.

Delaware County Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 15-3. As for Marple Newtown, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-8 record this season.

As of now, neither Delaware County Christian nor Marple Newtown have any future games scheduled.
