Soccer Recap: Calallen Comes Up Short

Calallen was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They were one goals away from ending the streak, but they lost a 1-0 heartbreaker at the hands of the London Pirates. That's two games in a row now that the Wildcats have lost by just one goal.

Calallen's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5-1. As for London, they now have a winning record of 4-3.

Calallen will be defending their home pitch for the first time this season when they go up against King at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for London, they will take on Bishop at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. London's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for five straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.
