Soccer Recap: Christ's Church Academy Finds Home Pitch Redemption Against Hilliard

There's no place like home for Christ's Church Academy, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Hilliard Red Flashes on Friday as the Christ's Church Academy Eagles made off with a 9-1 win. It was an even better day for Caleb Zeigler as he scored three goals for his team.

The victory got Christ's Church Academy back to even at 4-4-2. As for Hilliard, their loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 0-7.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Christ's Church Academy and Trinity Christian Academy will compete for holiday cheer at 7:20 p.m. on Monday. Hilliard will take on Baker County in a holiday battle at at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
