Basketball Recap: Wilson Hall's Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

Wilson Hall came into Friday's match having lost six straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They walked away with a 35-27 victory over the Florence Christian Eagles on Friday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 47-28 back in November.

Wilson Hall picked up their first road win, bumping their record up to 5-7. As for Florence Christian, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-4 record this season.

Wilson Hall will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Cane Bay at 12:30 p.m. on January 2, 2025. Florence Christian and Calhoun Academy will round out the year against one another at at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
