Basketball Recap: Whitefish Takes a Loss

Whitefish lost against Dawson County back in January of 2021 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Whitefish Bulldogs might have been a little too into the holiday spirit, gifting the Dawson County Red Devils an easy 62-38 victory. That's two games in a row now that the Bulldogs have lost by exactly 24 points.

This is the second loss in a row for Whitefish and nudges their season record down to 2-2. As for Dawson County, their win bumped their record up to 4-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Whitefish will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Ronan at 7:15 p.m. on January 23, 2025. Dawson County will also get a bit of a break before their next game: they'll face off against Lockwood at 6:00 p.m. on January 4, 2025.
