Softball Game Preview: Camarillo Scorpions vs. Highland Bulldogs

The Camarillo Scorpions will kick their season off against the Highland Bulldogs on Saturday. First pitch is scheduled at 1:00 p.m.

Highland is leaving town to face Camarillo after disappointing their home crowd in their season opener. Highland fell just short of Canyon by a score of 6-5 on Thursday.

Highland's defeat dropped their record down to 0-1.

As for Camarillo, they've got a clean slate this season. Last year, they had a stellar season and finished 20-7.

Camarillo skirted past Highland 3-1 in their previous matchup back in March of 2018. Does Camarillo have another victory up their sleeve, or will Highland turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
