Maryland School for the Deaf came tearing into Tuesday's contest with six straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They blew past Mount Airy Christian Academy 3-0. The Orioles not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since September 27th (when they won 3-0).

Maryland School for the Deaf never let Mount Airy Christian Academy on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-22, 25-18.

Maliyah Coleman paced Maryland School for the Deaf's offense, picking up 25 kills. Coleman got some help from Emma Le and her 30 assists. Le also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Emmanuela Debrah, each putting up two.

Maryland School for the Deaf's victory bumped their record up to 21-5. As for Mount Airy Christian Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-4-1.

Looking ahead, Maryland School for the Deaf will head out on the road to face off against Redeemer Classical Christ at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Mount Airy Christian Academy, they will host Heritage Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
