Hancock's game on Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Monday. Everything went their way against the St. Martin Yellow Jackets as they made off with a 3-0 victory. The Hawks were shut out 0-0 the last time they took on the Yellow Jackets, so the Hawks were just returning the favor.

Hancock's got stronger as the match went on, holding St. Martin to fewer and fewer points set over set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 25-17, 25-14.

Hancock is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven games. That's provided a massive bump to their 7-4 record this season. As for St. Martin, their defeat was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 4-8.
