Volleyball Game Preview: Cajon Cowboys vs. Beaumont Cougars

For the first time this season, Cajon will have a chance to prove themselves in a conference matchup on Tuesday. They will take on the Beaumont Cougars at 5:30 p.m. Cajon will be looking to extend their current seven-game winning streak.

Cajon not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since February 25th. They blew past Miller 3-0.

Cajon got the W, but it wasn't easy, at least in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-10, 31-29.

Meanwhile, Beaumont came tearing into Saturday's contest with five straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Wolfpack.

The match was a true back-and-forth as no team won consecutive sets, but in the end it was Beaumont who won the one that mattered. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 15-25, 15-10.

Cajon's win bumped their record up to 9-5. As for Beaumont, their victory bumped their record up to 10-3.

Cajon beat Beaumont 3-1 when the teams last played back in April of 2024. Will Cajon repeat their success, or does Beaumont have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
