Basketball Recap: Helias Takes a Loss

Helias was the 58-41 winner over Lafayette when they last played one another back in December of 2019, but their luck changed this time around. The Helias Crusaders took a 61-54 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lafayette Lancers on Friday.

Helias' loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Lafayette, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Helias didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 57-44 defeat against Parkview on the 7th. As for Lafayette, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 57-31 loss against Kickapoo on the 7th.
