Basketball Recap: Chaparral Takes a Loss

Chaparral was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They fell 38-30 to the Santa Teresa Desert Warriors. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Desert Warriors this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 32-30 last Friday.

Chaparral's defeat dropped their record down to 7-18. As for Santa Teresa, their victory bumped their record up to 11-14.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Chaparral will host Silver at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Silver will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something Chaparral surely won't give up without a fight. As for Santa Teresa, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against Deming at 7:00 p.m.
