Michael Nicolini Jr. put up the most strikeouts he's had since back in March of 2024 on Monday. As a matter of fact, he produced his best game of the campaign: he struck out 17 batters over 6.1 innings while giving up no earned runs or hits (and only one walk). He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't tossed less than seven strikeouts in seven consecutive appearances.

Nicolini Jr.'s strong effort led Paradise Honors over Greenway and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
