Soccer Recap: Temecula Prep Comes Up Short

After flying high against Saint Jeanne de Lestonnac Catholic School last Thursday, Temecula Prep came back down to earth. The Temecula Prep Patriots fell just short of the San Jacinto Valley Academy Wolves by a score of 1-0 on Friday. The Patriots were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced Wolves earlier this season, when they won 2-1.

Temecula Prep's defeat dropped their record down to 12-5-2. As for San Jacinto Valley Academy, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 14-10.

Temecula Prep has already played their next match (against San Jacinto Leadership Academy), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. San Jacinto Valley Academy will face off against Nuview Bridge at 4:45 p.m. on Wednesday.
