Football Game Preview: Terrebonne Tigers vs. St. Charles Catholic Comets

The Terrebonne Tigers will take on the St. Charles Catholic Comets at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Terrebonne is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 29 points per game this season.

Terrebonne is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Louisiana's top teams: Destrehan, who was ranked 15th at the time (Terrebonne was ranked 21st). The Tigers fell 41-28 to the Wildcats on Friday. The matchup was a 21-21 toss-up at halftime, but the Tigers couldn't quite close it out.

Despite the defeat, Terrebonne got top-tier performance from Quincy Adams, who rushed for 181 yards and three TDs. Adams is crushing it when it comes to rushing touchdowns: he's punched in at least two every time he's taken the field this season.

Meanwhile, St. Charles Catholic started off well but failed to capitalize on an early lead against St. James. They took a 34-28 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Wildcats on Friday. The loss was the Comets' first of the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, St. Charles Catholic fell to 4-1. As for Terrebonne, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 5-1.
