It's playoff time, and St. Joseph had no trouble coming through when it counted. They walked away with a 4-0 victory over the Cedar Grove-Belgium Rockets on Tuesday. The win was familiar territory for the Lancers, who have now won four games in a row.

Dominic Santarelli made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, tossing two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. He has been consistent for a while: he hasn't given up more than two walks in ten consecutive appearances. He was also big at the plate, going 1-for-3 with one home run and two runs.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Peter Visconti, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base and two RBI. He has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last four times he's played. Chris Kenesie was another key player, going 1-for-3 with one triple.

St. Joseph's victory bumped their record up to 22-7. As for Cedar Grove-Belgium, they moved to 21-5 with that loss, which also ended their three-game winning streak.
