Volleyball Recap: Erie First Christian Academy's Losing Streak Snapped at Three Games

Erie First Christian Academy's game on Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Saturday. They came out on top against the Sharpsville Blue Devils by a score of 2-0. Erie First Christian Academy was shut out 3-0 the last time they took on Sharpsville, so Erie First Christian Academy was just returning the favor.

Erie First Christian Academy easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The match finished with set scores of 25-9, 25-17.

Erie First Christian Academy moved to 8-3 with that victory, which also ended their three-match losing streak. As for Sharpsville, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-10.

Erie First Christian Academy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Greenville on the 4th. As for Sharpsville, they will take on Hickory at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. The last three games the Hornets have played have been within one set, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
