Basketball Recap: Melcher-Dallas Comes Up Short

Melcher-Dallas was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 12th straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a blow against the Murray Mustangs, falling 87-54. If the Saints were looking for revenge after losing 67-27 to them when the teams met, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Melcher-Dallas' loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Murray, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.

Melcher-Dallas will challenge Moulton-Udell at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Murray, they will square off against Ankeny Christian Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
