Bell hasn't had much luck against Eagle Rock recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The Bell Eagles are taking a road trip to challenge the Eagle Rock Eagles at 7:00 p.m. Eagle Rock took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Bell, who comes in off a win.

Last Thursday, Bell strolled past Dr. Maya Angelou Community with points to spare, taking the game 22-6.

Erick Stubbs had a dynamite game for Bell, rushing for 242 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 8.1 yards per carry.

Stubbs wasn't the only one working in the rushing yards department: Bell was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 322 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 158 rushing yards in 11 consecutive contests dating back to last season.

One of the most active was Jonas Leal-Paz, who picked up 151 receiving yards and two touchdowns, and also rushed for 65 yards and a touchdown. Liam Pasten was another key player, throwing for 317 yards and three touchdowns.

The win got Bell back to even at 1-1. As for Eagle Rock, their defeat dropped their record down to an identical 1-1.
