Logan View a punishing 28 - 6 defeat. While not characterized by quite the same dominating performance, the rematch ultimately ended up the same way. Oakland-Craig didn't have too many spare points in its contest with Logan View, but it still walked away with a 18 - 14 win.
Oakland-Craig can chalk up much of its success to the efforts of senior Evan Reinert, who finished up with 159 yards passing and two rushing touchdowns.
The win bumped Oakland-Craig's record up to 6-1. Logan View's record fell to 4-3 after the loss.
The two teams have their sights set on raising those records in their upcoming games. Oakland-Craig will face off against Tekamah-Herman Friday at 7:00 PM. As for Logan View, it will square off against Wisner-Pilger this Friday.
