Kew Forest's win ends four-game losing streak at home

The Kew Forest Jaguars had to endure a seven-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They managed a 49-43 victory over Gateway to Health Sciences on Monday. That's another feather in the cap for Kew Forest, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.

Kew Forest had a senior duo take command as Sebastien Celestin scored 19 points and Joshua Paz scored 18 points. That makes it three consecutive games in which Paz has scored at least a third of Kew Forest's points.

Kew Forest's victory ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 3-7. As for Gateway to Health Sciences, they bumped their record down to 1-11 with that loss, which was their eighth straight on the road.

Kew Forest does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Gateway to Health Sciences will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Law Enforcement & Public Safety at 4:30 p.m. on February 2nd.
