Softball Recap: Minersville Battlin' Miners vs. Weatherly
Minersville barely beat Weatherly the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Battlin' Miners were the clear victors by a 15-3 margin over Weatherly on Thursday. The victory continues a trend for the Battlin' Miners in their matchups with Weatherly: they've now won seven in a row.

Cali Laudeman tossed a big game, striking out six batters over five innings while giving up three earned runs off four hits. That's the most strikeouts she has posted since back in March of 2024.
