In a tight contest that could have gone either way, the Hampton Bulldogs made off with a 30-29 victory over the Oviedo Lions. The 30-point effort marked the Bulldogs' lowest-scoring game of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

The win got Hampton back to even at 5-5. As for Oviedo, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-7.

Hampton and Sullivan East will round out the year against one another on the 29th. As for Oviedo, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Mainland at 7:00 p.m. on January 6, 2026.
