Volleyball Recap: Shadow Ridge Comes Up Short

Shadow Ridge lost against Highland back in March, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Stallions lost 3-0 to the Hawks.

The final score came out to 25-15, 25-14, 25-19.

Shadow Ridge has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost seven of their last nine games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-24 record this season. As for Highland, the victory was the ninth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 28-9-1.

Coming up, Shadow Ridge will head out on the road to challenge Millennium at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Highland, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Gilbert at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. The timing is sure in the Hawks' favor as the squad sits on three straight wins at home while the Tigers have been banged up by seven consecutive losses on the road.
