Baseball Game Preview: Timberlake Tigers vs. Kremlin-Hillsdale Broncs

Timberlake hasn't had much luck against Kremlin-Hillsdale recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The Tigers will challenge the Broncs at 2:30 p.m. Timberlake has given up an average of 7.6 runs per game this season, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

On Thursday, Timberlake came up short against Fairview and fell 15-10. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Payton Pierce was cooking despite his team's loss, going 2-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and two RBI.

Meanwhile, Kremlin-Hillsdale also suffered a loss in their last game, falling to Pioneer-Pleasant Vale by a score of 4-1.

Kremlin-Hillsdale's loss ended a five-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 16-3. As for Timberlake, their defeat dropped their record down to 14-11.

Timberlake couldn't quite get it done against Kremlin-Hillsdale in their previous matchup two weeks ago as they fell 4-1. Can the Tigers avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
