Volleyball Recap: Providence Academy Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

Providence Academy and Lavaca squared off in some playoff action on Wednesday, but Providence Academy had to settle for second. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Golden Arrows. The loss continues a trend for the Patriots in their meetings with the Golden Arrows: they've now lost four in a row.

Providence Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 15-8. As for Lavaca, their victory bumped their record up to 14-9.

Providence Academy has already played their next match, a 3-1 loss against Thaden on the 16th. Lavaca does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
