They claimed a resounding 74-26 victory over Peachtree Academy at home. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Lanier Christian Academy.
It was another big night for Jia Thapar, who scored 24 points along with four steals. Those 24 points set a new season-high mark for her. Ellie Roberts was another key contributor, scoring eight points along with five steals.
Lanier Christian Academy has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight games, which provided a massive bump to their 9-6 record this season. As for Peachtree Academy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-4.

As for Peachtree Academy, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Skipstone Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Skipstone Academy comes in on a streak of failing to score more than ten points in their last five games, a trend the squad is of course eager to reverse.
