Dysart was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 12th straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against the Tempe Buffaloes, falling 21-11. Even though they lost, the Demons' still made a splash at the plate and bumped their average scoring up to 6.2 runs per game (they're now ranked -1th in scoring overall).

Roxanna Jimenez made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and scored a run and stole a base while getting on base in all three of her plate appearances. She also brought in an RBI, marking her first of the season. Juliana Bustraan was another key player, scoring three runs and stealing a base.

Dysart's loss dropped their record down to 0-10. As for Tempe, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 5-4.

Dysart has already played their next matchup, a 30-23 victory against Desert Sunrise on the 31st. As for Tempe, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 21-11 win against Cortez on the 31st.
