Basketball Recap: Warren Picks Up Sixth Straight Win at Home

Warren hadn't done well against Franklin recently (they were 1-7 in their previous eight matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The Warren Dragons snuck past the Franklin Knights with a 58-53 win. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 47-45 back in January.

Franklin's defeat came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Will Findlan, who posted 23 points. Another player making a difference was Jameson Wofford, who put up 16 points.

Warren's victory was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 14-4. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 59.3 points over those games. As for Franklin, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 9-10 record this season.

Warren didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 60-50 win against Oil City on the 7th. As for Franklin, they have also already played their next contest, a 57-46 victory against Corry on the 7th.
