Basketball Recap: Plainwell Comes Up Short

Plainwell was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were outmatched by the Kalamazoo Christian Comets and fell 49-22. The match marked the Trojans' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Plainwell's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Kalamazoo Christian, they pushed their record up to 5-0 with the win, which was their 14th straight on the road dating back to last season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Plainwell will take on Vicksburg in a holiday battle at at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday. As for Kalamazoo Christian, they are taking a road trip to take on Constantine at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
