It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact NorthWood can now relate to. They fell 3-1 to the Fort Wayne Bishop Dwenger Saints on Saturday. The Panthers' loss signaled the end of their six-game winning streak.

Despite the defeat, NorthWood saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Nola Nephew had 19 digs and one assist. Nephew has been hot recently, having posted 17 or more digs the last four times she's played.

Among those leading the charge was Claire Shively, who had 16 digs and five assists. That's the most assists she has posted since back in October.

NorthWood's loss dropped their record down to 21-15. As for Fort Wayne Bishop Dwenger, the win (which was their 11th in a row) raised their record to 21-8.

NorthWood does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Fort Wayne Bishop Dwenger, after both having extra time off, they and Roncalli will shake off the rust and duke it out at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday.
