It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Hamilton had no problem doing just that on Friday. They blew past the Oak Hills Highlanders 28-0. Considering the Big Blue have won seven matchups by more than 20 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Hamilton to victory, but perhaps none more so than Gracen Goldsmith, who rushed for 152 yards and a touchdown while picking up 7.2 yards per carry. Goldsmith's rushing production has been exceptional as that marked his sixth straight game with at least 152 rushing yards. Another passer making a difference was Antonio Mathis Jr., who threw for 187 yards and two touchdowns.

Hamilton was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 200 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 175 rushing yards in six consecutive games.

On the defensive side of the ball, a lot of the credit has to go to Hamilton's defense and their seven sacks. The heavy lifting was done by Eckley Bridges and Dominic Southern, who racked up four sacks between them.

Hamilton pushed their record up to 9-2 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home. As for Oak Hills, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-7 record this season.

Hamilton will head out to challenge Princeton at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Princeton will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something Hamilton surely won't give up without a fight. Oak Hills does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
