Basketball Game Preview: West Florida Jaguars vs. Milton Eagles

Having just played yesterday, the West Florida Jaguars will jump right back in to play the Milton Eagles at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday. West Florida has now lost seven straight dating back to last season, leaving the team hunting for their first win since January 20.

West Florida saw some tournament action on Monday. They lost 59-37 to Orange Park.

Despite the loss, West Florida had strong showings from Randi Kemp, who dropped a double-double with ten points and 13 rebounds, and Amani Bartholomew, who almost dropped a double-double with 13 points and nine boards. Bartholomew has been hot, having posted eight or more rebounds the last five times she's played. Damani Nicholson was another key player, putting up seven points.

Meanwhile, Milton strolled past Creekside with points to spare on Monday, taking the game 55-36. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Eagles.

West Florida's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Milton, their win bumped their record up to 2-0.
