Baseball Recap: Elverado Comes Up Short

It was a Battle of the Birds when Elverado challenged Vienna on Monday. The Falcons came up short against the Eagles, falling 15-0. The Falcons haven't had much luck with the Eagles recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Elverado's loss dropped their record down to 3-13. As for Vienna, their record now sits at 11-8.

Coming up, Elverado will take on Century at 4:30 p.m. on the 7th. As for Vienna, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, a 3-1 win against Zeigler-Royalton on the 30th.
