After low-scoring totals in their previous three game, Waynesville brought some dynamite into their most recent matchup. Everything went their way against the Madison Mohawks on Thursday as they made off with a 7-1 win. It was an even better day for Chloe Dunford as she scored three goals for her team.

Waynesville now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Madison, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Waynesville will host Archbishop Alter at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday. As for Madison, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Valley View at 6:00 p.m. on September 9.
