Basketball Recap: Salisbury's Loss Ends Three-Game Winning Streak at Home

After flying high against West Davidson last Friday, Salisbury came back down to earth. The Salisbury Hornets took a 36-26 hit to the loss column at the hands of the East Rowan Mustangs on Thursday. The match marked the Hornets' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Salisbury's defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 3-3. As for East Rowan, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 5-2.

Salisbury has already played their next game, a 73-21 win against South Davidson on the 20th. As for East Rowan, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 51-48 victory against South Iredell on the 20th.
