Soccer Recap: Holland Takes a Loss

Holland was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 8-0 to the Unity Christian Crusaders. While losing is never fun, Holland can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Michigan soccer rankings (they are ranked 232nd, while Unity Christian are ranked second).

Holland's defeat dropped their record down to 4-9. As for Unity Christian, the victory keeps they at an undefeated 12-0-2.

Coincidentally, Holland and Unity Christian will both be playing Zeeland East the next time they take the pitch. The Dutch will head out to face the Chix at 6:45 p.m. on Wednesday, while the Crusaders will host them at 6:45 p.m. on Monday.
