While Gilbert's victory against Airport wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Indians narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Eagles 4-3. The victory continues a trend for Gilbert in their matchups with Airport: they've now won six in a row.

Gilbert hit Airport with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from AJ Nunn (2), Leo Torres, and Cade Hopp.

Gilbert's win bumped their record up to 8-11. As for Airport, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-16.
