Basketball Recap: Person Comes Up Short

Person played a tough match on Monday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They lost 68-46 to the Williams Bulldogs. The Rockets were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Bulldogs earlier this season, when they won 65-61.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Williams to victory, but perhaps none more so than Malia Scott, who posted 18 points and six rebounds. Jordyn Taylor was another key player, dropping a double-double with 16 points and ten boards.

Person dropped their record down to 10-14-1 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road. As for Williams, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-9 record this season.

Person does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Williams, they have already played their next contest, a 77-22 defeat against Western Alamance on the 18th.
