Basketball Game Preview: Clay County Tigers vs. St. Henry Crusaders

The Clay County Tigers will face off against the St. Henry Crusaders at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Clay County knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past three contests -- so hopefully St. Henry likes a good challenge.

Clay County will bounce into Monday's match after beating Jackson County, who they had gone 1-8 against in their nine prior meetings. Clay County managed a 56-52 win over Jackson County on Friday.

Meanwhile, St. Henry had to suffer through a 75-40 loss at the hands of Highlands. The loss continues a trend for the Crusaders in their matchups with the Bluebirds: they've now lost seven in a row.

St. Henry now has a losing record of 12-13. As for Clay County, their victory bumped their record up to 14-10-1.
