Volleyball Game Preview: Carlisle Thundering Herd vs. Chambersburg Trojans

The Carlisle Thundering Herd will head out to challenge the Chambersburg Trojans at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this match.

Carlisle is probably headed into the contest with a chip on their shoulder considering Northeastern just ended the team's three-game winning streak on Saturday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bobcats.

Meanwhile, Chambersburg didn't have quite enough to beat Red Land on Monday and fell 3-2. The Trojans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Carlisle's defeat dropped their record down to 5-4. As for Chambersburg, their loss dropped their record down to 4-4.

Carlisle beat Chambersburg 3-1 in their previous matchup back in March. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Thundering Herd since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
